A Morning Porridge

Morning breakfast: rice porridge
*easy to digest, calming to an active mind and dry body

1. warm ghee
2. add cinnamon & green cardamom
3. add basmati rice
4. add water & pinch of mineral salt
5. when cooked to your consistency add some whole cows milk
*here I’ve served with maple syrup
*Optional: add almonds or walnuts and black raisins during the cooking process.
~It feels so good to eat easily digestible foods in the morning. Say no to energy zapping foods. Try this for yourself and see how nourished you feel to carry yourself strongly :))
