Healing is a Process

Healing is a process. As you live this day, think about how you want to feel in life. Take actions that will take you toward that. Be gentle with yourself and take it slow. Should you find yourself walking into old habits, don’t judge or shame yourself. This is a harmful action of the mind and will only take you further away from what your trying to achieve. Rather use the memory of the past choice you made to climb higher next time. I am doing the same every day. And you know what? It’s quite fun to watch myself grow.
