Gentle Living Approach

Restored Sattva’s Gentle Living Approach

The only person who is going to save your life is you.

I will teach you the tools that will empower you to be on victory’s side!

Gentle Living is Active Living

Like many before me, I have worked extremely hard to be where I am in life today, pursuing family, passions and the ability to believe in myself and the goodness of others. I have fought through battles internal and external, lived through emotional trauma, debilitating physical pain and fatigue, loss and sorrow. I learned to step outside of all of that and pursue things that are beyond myself all while enduring physical and mental challenges. I have learned what is required of me to live with joy and am confident that you can too.

There is a process that must take place in the human life experience and its called growth. And when that process is complete, it’s like the beautiful butterfly coming out of it’s sheath. Yet, there comes a time when God has called us out of growing and into thriving. We are destined to live from the divine inheritance - that place of excellence. We are called to be as the butterfly - transformed, healed and whole.

Healing is possible yet in the process we are faced with many choices. By choosing to live gently, we have the opportunity to live our best life now despite our current wrestling. Living with chronic pain, depression, anxiety, brain fog, stomach aches, fatigue, lack of self-confidence, addictions or depression does not need to be your life. By living gently, you can get on victory’s side. Approach your health with simplicity, learning and slowly applying time-tested ways of eating and living that will bring you wonderful, long-term wellness.

The foundation behind my success as an active participant and giver of life is in the way God has taught me to approach life and Ayurveda has helped me do just that. The healing nature of ayurvedic living has supported my quality of life by increasing my inner radiance through the very simple things I do every day. Through the improvement of thoughts, digestion, sleep, daily routine, herbs and mental clarity, physical and mental pains are reduced, natural weight is attained and there is a stability that starts to happen in the mind - all creating long lasting, long-term, sustainable vitality. Ayurveda is a beautiful science that brings healing through balancing the bodily systems in a very individualized and holistic manner. Be inspired in gentle living with Restored Sattva’s online health consultations, where you will learn the power and freedom in loving every part of yourself during your healing process. I believe you and I believe in you. It is time to believe in yourself.
