Maybe it’s your time to get Back to Health. gentleFIT’s first specialized program for those who have not exercised in a long time, have had poor eating and lifestyle patterns, and negative thinking, lacking discipline. For those who need the mental support and practical guidance to get their life back on track. It’s not available just yet but

bringing myself through this short re-set program first, to get my mind and body back up and strong.

8 weeks.

It happens. Life happens. What’s the first thing you need to do to get yourself back on track? Eat better? Drink more water? Daily sunshine? Work on sleep? Learn to be?

Start. Do anything. Get up and dance! Get out into the sun. Lift some weights, do some lunges, jump on a trampoline, run with your babies, spin them around. Stop the worrying. Deep clean your home!

Pray.

Be child like.

•Whatever you choose to do, have faith in God to support your efforts.
•Have faith in yourself that you’ll take it one day at a time, and not give into emotions.
