Holding space within
It’s the little things.
Like having a little cup of juice with my baby outside in the sun. Had I not taken the moment to do that, I would have missed her lifting her mini mug to me and pushing it into mine to do “cheers.”
Asking for my hair to be braided by my husband and basking in the love of God shown through him and the relaxation it brings into my tired body.
Sitting on the floor in the beginning of autumn and making paper leaves with my daughter.
Relishing in the beauty of simplicity.
Of tender touch.
Tender love.
That tender space within.
Holding space within,
when there is no pause around
Making pause within.
Giving.
Receiving and
thanks giving.
Expanding ourselves.
Pursuing inner sacredness.
Seeking those things that pull us more toward ourselves, not away.
This is the primary aim in the teachings and consultations I offer here at Restored Sattva. Reminding each one of us that everything we need is already inside of us. No one can give you what you need. Only you can do that. Yet, I hope to be able to sometimes provide support, guidance and inspiration for you to recognize your power within. I offer writings and resources and consultations, never to overwhelm you but to support you in where you are right now.
Learning to connect to what we truly value as an individual rather than valuing what society or culture has told us to value.
Seeking and recognizing that inner voice.
Inner power.
Inner authority.
Holding space for yourself so you can offer that space to your family and loved ones.
A healthy space.
Transforming unhealthy patterns.
Bringing light to the places that are dark.
As a small business, who also tends to the needs of my family, I am passionate on growing and sharing meaningful offerings that can be used to weave into your tapestry of grace.
Grace.
Holding space.
Journeying together,
Kari
