What’s happening? An RS update!

The summer 2023 equinox has come and gone and with it I am reminded of my own journey through life’s warming corridors.

I started Restored Sattva in 2020 and have since gone on to counsel dozens of woman from various backgrounds, teaching them the wealth of Ayurvedic knowledge that I have been so grateful to learn and apply to my own life. Restored Sattva is more than one of my many hobbies that I hold dear to my heart, it was and remains today to be the force behind the life I live - in the pursuit of truth and wellbeing. Out of Restored Sattva comes the various tools I use in my own life that help me to thrive beyond pain, depression and allows me to step into new ideas, and new truths that I’m discovering every day and get to share here.

In between caring for my small children and my home, I am working on my upcoming book Healing Notes. It’s not always easy to make your heart strings into reality but the challenge of pursuing an idea is half the fun.

I have many ideas in the works for Restored Sattva’s online offerings and supporting the youth and women locally with live lectures and hands on events in the future.

We can’t do everything under the sun, within a 24 hour cycle, but we can keep a running list of all the things our heart desires. God knows our heart and when the water passes by that rock, we will know it’s time.

What are some projects you are working towards? Remember, the magic lies in the journey not the destination.

Journeying together,

Kari Prabhakar
