Tiramisu - reminds me of love

tiramisu

Not a dull marriage. Tiramisu is a passionate affair - Mascarpone embraced by thick cream and raw sugar; silky layers snugged between rich espresso and rum-soaked Italian cookies; sweetness dusted with the slight bitterness of cocoa powder and indulged in ferociously like the passionate kiss of two people madly in love. Tiramisu, it’s the “drink me and love me” desert, every bite as thrilling as the first, with no desire for the hunger and thirst to be quenched. And after it’s finished, it’s the contentment of finding something so beautiful; the heartfelt bliss and gratitude for having entered into a love so pure, so rich, so sweet.
